Getting started: Your simple steps to storage

Securing a storage unit with Saluda Storage is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free. Follow these simple steps to get your belongings stored quickly and securely:

 

1. If the owner is there, you can rent now!

2  If there is no one there, please text 864.765.1346 and say you are awaiting a walk through. 

3. If the owner is unavailable, text your desired appointment date and time and every effort will be made to accommodate you.

The owner isnt usually more than 30 minutes from the facility is often available from dawn til dusk.

These are brand new steel storage units and a walk-through of your unit is required. This allows you to see the units firsthand and choose the best fit for your needs.

Saluda Storage practices Environmentally Safe Policy Distributions and all paperwork is electronic.Customers will sign an electronic receipt and it will remain on file for at least 12 months.

The Saluda Storage Policy and the most current listing of rules will be sent to the email or phone e number requesting a walk through.

Customers will sign all necessary forms during your scheduled walk-through.

You can call anytime to schedule your walk-through, or simply text 864-765-1346 for an appointment.

Smart storage tips for a smooth experience

To make your storage experience at Saluda Storage as smooth and easy as possible, we offer a few key pieces of advice:

  • Use plastic containers that close: This helps protect your items from dust, moisture, and pests, keeping them in excellent condition.
  • Never store perishable items: Perishables can attract unwanted critters and lead to unpleasant odors. Store only non-perishable goods.
  • Be respectful at all times: Please be mindful of other tenants and the facility grounds.

For urgent access between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m., please text 864-637-8970 to notify us. Rest assured, our facility is equipped with Flock Safety license plate readers and cameras on site, truly for your security.

We are dedicated to making your storage experience as convenient and hassle-free as possible. Here are some important details to keep in mind:

  • Cash payments are preferred.
  • $50 due@move in 10x10
  • $30 due@move in 5x 10
  • We prefer long-term customers and will make every effort to place you in a unit of your choosing.
  • Enjoy drive-up access to all units and facility hours from dawn till dusk for your convenience.
  • CUSTOMERS are allowed on site after dark with the owner's acknowledgement 
  • Our facility is currently under construction, so please do not impede on the construction site.
